Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using any services from Chandresh Pratap Singh, trading as Techlee (“The Proprietor,” “We,” or “Our Agency”), a Sole Proprietorship operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Scope of Services (Hybrid Model)

These Terms govern two distinct service models offered on techlee.org:

  • Direct Services: Services provided and fulfilled directly by the Proprietor (e.g., custom website design, social media marketing).

  • Affiliate Services: Services listed on this website that redirect the user to a third-party platform (e.g., Fiverr) for purchase and fulfillment.

2. Affiliate Services and Third-Party Liability

  • Affiliate Relationship: Techlee acts solely as an affiliate partner of the third-party platform (Fiverr). We are not the seller, service provider, or agent for services purchased via affiliate links.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for the quality of service, fulfillment, payment issues, refunds, or disputes arising from services purchased on Fiverr or any other external platform you accessed via an affiliate link on techlee.org.

  • Governing Terms: Any service purchased through an affiliate link is governed entirely by the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy of that third-party platform. The client must pursue any claims or refunds directly with the third-party platform.

3. Prohibited Content Policy (Direct Services)

We strictly prohibit the use of our Direct Services (custom design, SMM) for the following categories:

  • Illegal/Dangerous Goods & Weapons.

  • Explicit Adult/Sexual Content.

  • Financial & Deceptive Schemes (MLM, Pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment schemes).

4. Financial Terms and Payments

A. Direct Services

Payments for services fulfilled directly by the Proprietor are processed through PayPal, Razorpay, or UPI. All payments are subject to the Proprietor’s Refund Policy.

B. Affiliate Service Payments

Payment for services purchased via affiliate links must be made directly to the third-party platform (Fiverr). The Proprietor does not handle these payments.

5. Warranty, Support, and Liability

A. Performance Guarantee

We provide no guarantee that any marketing strategy will achieve specific results, traffic levels, or lead volumes. No refund is provided based on performance metrics alone.

B. Limitation of Liability

The Proprietor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) our direct services or any service purchased via an affiliate link.
